“Unit was spotless.”
The space of the suite was wonderful, and it was only a short 5 minute drive to the city centre. Check-in was simple and communicated perfectly. Unit was spotless when we arrived, and after a service the next day. The spa bath was complete bliss.

“Beautiful Place”
I really liked the beautiful lights outside along the driveway etc.. and for that reason alone I will return with my kids because I know the kids will love the lighting. Also liked that you could cook if needed to is nice to have that option.

Spacious, clean and everything we need (in the kitchen) are all provided. We enjoy relaxing in the spa. We will book this again when we go back to Rotorua and I’ll recommend to my friends as well.

“Clean, spacious, value for money.”
Had a hard time finding an accomodation in Rotorua.
New castle lodge was my savior.
The place i had had one small room with two single beds, a big toilet with a jacuzzi, kitchenette, big room with king bed.
There is an empty space behind this lodge. U can listen to birds singing all day.
Clean, spacious, value for money.

“Excellent value, clean and everything that you needed.”
It was clean and spacious and offered very good value for money. The location is quite far out of the town centre but all the motels are out of the centre, so you can’t change that. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!
