Motel was quiet and new. The room was large- double bed divan and single bed. Very clean. Bathroom had a spa. Loved the small equips kitchen where you could cook food or, for us make our breakfast. No air conditioning but noticed a heater and fan. Room was a comfortable temperature

I really only have positives to say about this place. We were a bit late arriving and the owner had waited for us as we had a reservation, rather than just closing up. He was friendly and helpful.

The room was spotlessly clean, huge, and had a great kitchenette. It also had a little balcony, and a jetted tub in the bathroom. The furnishings were also very smart.

It was quiet at night. They also did some washing for us which was very good value, and was let, neatly folded in our room by the time we came home that day. Super service!

Location is good - walking distance to some thermal areas. Easy to park there, and a short 5 minute drive into town.

Stayed 5 nights here. Very close to town center and all the attractions. It was very quiet at night and we slept great. A big beautiful spa bath that we used every night. Staff was always super friendly and the owner was always so nice and helpful. We were upgraded on arrival free of charge so that also made us very happy!! Highly recommend :) Only negative thing I can say was wifi was a little slow.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room comfortable and very clean. Near the city but nice and quiet. As I needed to stay 4 nights the deal was really good value

Changed my booking 3 times due to work commitments and these guys were truly awesome and helpful - I highly recommend people to stay here - lovely room and food and the grounds are kept amazing thank you

Our hire car had broken down on site and staff soon called the AA who solved problem. Excellent family run motel Good location.Large studio room on ground floor with kitchenette was of a good standard.

We loved our two nights at the new castle. Great location. Short drive into town. A kids park and a field right in front so was handy for our two year old. Roo. Was clean and hosts were friendly. Definitely recommend this place.

My husband and I loved our 3 night stay here. The location was great but the room was a pleasant surprise. It was a large family apartment, we didn’t use the room with 2 single beds in but happily welcomed the large bedroom with table and chairs and kitchen area and also the large bathroom was spa tub. The place was clean and even had a little balcony with Christmas lights on. Great price and great place.

We are back to this motor lodge again. We stayed here for 3 nights for the school holiday. The room was spacious and clean. We rented bicycles from the motel to cycle around. Still as beautiful as before the fairy lights that attracted us and the owners were friendly couple. We loved staying there as it was convenient and quiet location. We will be back soon.

Room was in good condition, very clean and spacious. Room service was great everyday stocking up on towels and cleaning rubbish. Reception was great and it was close to everything. I would definitely come back when I come down for my next holiday. I will definitely recommend staying here.
