Quiet, clean, spacious, spa bath, great location + 50 channel + sky tv channel. Friendly host/reception. Affordable, stayed 3 nights - got great sleep all nights, perfectly quiet rooms. Great stay - would recommend to anyone. Beds comfortable.

I was tired and needed solid sleep; I got it, along with good internet, a nice balcony, a bathtub with jets, a fridge and a range top for cooking. Check-in was swift, which was welcome after I - probably unwisely - walked from downtown to this spot. I’d recommend a taxi or perhaps the bus - it’s a little far of a walk to get here, especially if you were tired like I was.
Clean room, comfy bed, and a good table where I spent some time working on my laptop made for a great experience.

The lodge is opposite the rose garden and quit area. Room is very comfortable and very clean with free wifi. Staff is very friendly. There is ample parking and it’s very close to all the amenities you’ll need.

Office staff was extremely helpful with sites to see, and tours. Rooms are spacious, large clean bathroom. Comfortable beds. Christmas decorations were very nice.

We stayed in this motel for the 3 nights we were in Rotorua. We had a free upgrade on arrival and a 3% discount for staying 3 nights. Not a huge amount but every saving helps! The apartment was spotless and had a lovely feel to it. The shower head was a bit cracked so sprayed in all directions but it didn’t affect usage too much. We tried the spa bath too and it was lovely. We also used the motel’s laundry service. They washed, dried and delivered our clothes back for $10 which we thought was pretty good value for money. There is also free wifi which was very reliable. There is ample parking and it’s very close to all the amenities you’ll need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you

This is an excellent Motel/Hotel to stay at in Rotorua. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms are large, spacious and very clean. The spa bath is an excellent addition. We were surprised to see that there was a TV in the main room and in the bedroom, definitely a bonus! It’s in a very quiet location but still close enough to the centre, literally a 2min drive. The staff is lovely and accommodating. We first stayed at this hotel in 2011, and we are still going back every time we visit Rotorua. It’s fantastic value for money.”

Large and clean rooms, comfortable bed, powerful shower, fast wifi, free parking, great location, and friendly hosts, all at a great price! This motel offered everything we needed for a great stay in Rotorua.

The location was easy to get to, and a good base for getting to lots of the popular Rotorua activities. We only stayed for two nights but our room was serviced with fresh towels etc. after the first night.

The room was very clean, the beds very comfortable, and the staff very friendly. The room was a good size and we had lots of space to move about. It also had a well equipped kitchenette. It was great value for money for what we got.

My only complaint is with the wifi- it was fine when it worked, but kept dropping out a lot and had a weak signal at times. Other than that we really enjoyed staying here.

It’s a great place to stay. This is my second time stay here. The room is neat and clean. The lovely owners were friendly and helpful, starting from the reception. They provide good advices on what to do in the city. I highly recommend for local and foreigner.
