“Most Enjoyable”
We booked two rooms so we could spend time in Rotorua with friends. You put us side by side so we could interact easily. Thank you. The rooms had plenty of room when we were all together.

“Nice touch”
The room was newly refurbished. The fittings and features were new and clean. The heating lamps installed in the bathroom was a nice touch. We enjoyed staying in this comfortable room.

“Clean & Tidy”
The room was large and comfortable enough as other reviewers have said. The proprietors only gave basic information at the desk about the facilitiies, but reasonably detailed instructions were on the wall.
They serviced the bedroom well. Everything was clean and tidy.

Clean, cosy, warm, nice spa bath, ability to cook our own meals, little table and chairs outside. Friendly staff, who even gave us an upgrade, which was very kind.

“Roomy and comfortable.”
We loved having lots of space - especially in the bathroom. Small kitchen facilities were also appreciated. Lots of parking and easy to get to the centre of town and sites to visit. Able to walk to the Maori visit from here.

“Absolutely nothing to complain about, if we ran out of anything we had it on us just in case “
My moko loved the lights, and thank you, was able to accommodate her with the extra bed, at $20.00 a night for her, who would complain. Everything was fine, spent most of our time touring, and with modern technology these days, everything in Rotorua was easy to find, and was good to know shops were open all weekend, even though it was Easter, recommended to stay at this place
